2. How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Fit&Fione checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, and the total weight of the order. We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. To determine the exact shipping cost for your order, please proceed to the checkout page, where shipping options and costs will be displayed based on your location and selected items.

4. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

5. I did not get what I ordered. What do I do?

If there was a mistake on our part (i.e., the items in your package do not match your packing slip), please email us at fitandfione@fitandfione.com. Do not send any items back as we will try to correct your order with no hassle on your part.

6. I have not received my package. Who should I contact?

If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it then please check the following: Check you have received a dispatch confirmation email. Check the tracking link via your dispatch confirmation email to view the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your parcel. Is your delivery address correct? Are your contact details up to date?

7. What Happens after I place my order?

All orders will be shipped out every Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s

8. Can I change the destination of my order after the shipment has been made?

No, Orders cannot be changed to a new destination once the order is received.

9. Is your site Secure?

Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer

10. When will my Card be billed?

Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed

11. Can I pay for my orders by Cheque or Money order?

14. Why was my Credit card declined?

(NOTE: credit cards can be declined due to an error in the ´´Bill to` address. Recommend that the customer ensure that the billing address for the credit card is the same as

15. Do you stock the latest designs?

If an item is available to order online, then this means the item is in stock. However, from time to time and particularly with some of our more popular items, due to the high rate of sales both in store and online, there may be some discrepancies. We will inform you as soon as possible, via email, if a product is out of stock. If you do wish to know in advance if a product is in stock, please do not hesitate to contact us.

16. What are your return / Exchange policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

20. Can I change/ cancel my order?

We are not able to change or cancel orders once everything is processed. If your order has been placed, but not dispatched, we will make the change or cancellation straight away wherever possible. Please email fitandfione@fitandfione.com for assistance.

21. How long will it be before I get a refund?

No, refunds.

22: How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received and is being processed. You will receive a further dispatch confirmation email once your order has been packed and is ready to leave our warehouse.
